The 5th grade boys of Talmud Torah Yaakov Yosef Skver celebrated the completion of the Shomrie Haloshon Program on Friday. They came to the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation headquarters, where they received doughnuts and certificates. Each boy was given their own tehillim as a lasting gift for their amazing accomplishment.
Rabbi Shea Steinberg, a school liaison for Bidrachov, organizes class events at the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation. “The students felt so accomplished,” said Rabbi Steinberg, “and to have a siyum at the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation makes it so special. I wanted them to walk away with a lesson from their visit, so I showed them a powerful slide presentation teaching the importance of inclusion.”
